The Amalfi Coast Tour

Private Tour Amalfi Coast

For your private tour or shore excursion, Guerriero Tours will pick you up from your desired location, whether it’s the Port of Naples, the train station, your hotel, or vacation home. At the end of the excursion, we will drop you off at your prearranged destination, whether it’s the port, the station, or your hotel.

The entire Amalfi Coast is a stunning tourist destination that attracts thousands of visitors from around the world. This entire region is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our tour offers private excursions of the Amalfi Coast with an English-speaking tour guide. The meeting point will be Salerno, Sorrento, or Naples, from where we will take you along the beautiful Amalfi Coast.

In one of our luxury cars, we will drive along the scenic road from Sorrento to the magnificent Amalfi Coast. Our first stop will be the charming town of Positano with its pastel-colored buildings descending down the hillside to the sea, creating a unique and distinctive vertical shape.

You can take a stroll from the town center to the beach, passing through its steep, narrow streets lined with hotels, restaurants, and fashionable boutiques. From Positano, we will continue to Conca dei Marini, where you can visit the Grotta dello Smeraldo. The cave was named “Emerald” for the incredible colors filtering through an underground opening, filling the cave with brilliant blue and emerald light. Access is possible through an elevator that takes visitors to the cave level, where they can use special boats to cross it (boat costs are not included).

After this wonderful experience, we will proceed to Amalfi, the largest and most popular destination on the coast. The Republic of Amalfi was once one of the major maritime powers. Here, you can visit its famous 9th-century cathedral in the central square of the town and the Cloister of Paradise. In the center of Amalfi, we will then stop for lunch (not included in the tour, but the driver can recommend the best places to eat based on your taste and budget).

After lunch, we will proceed to our last but no less important destination, the town of Ravello.

Ravello is perched on the cliffs above Amalfi and is famous for its views and gardens. Here, you can visit two famous gardens, Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo. Both of these panoramic gardens are open to the public, and you can stroll among tropical plants and enjoy a fabulous view of the coast. It’s worth visiting important places of worship like the imposing Cathedral and the Duomo dedicated to San Pantaleone, whose blood is preserved in a relic, and it supposedly liquefies every year.
